TERRAZZINO MICRO-TERRAZZO FLOOR SYSTEM (DIV. 09 67 23)
Self-leveling, seamless decorative epoxy floor system over prepared concrete substrate, installed per manufacturer's current technical data sheets.
SUBSTRATE: Diamond grind to a minimum surface profile of CSP 3 (ICRI); fill cracks and voids flush. Test moisture per ASTM F1869 (max. 20 lb/24 h/1,000 sq ft) or ASTM F2170 (75%-95% RH) before proceeding.
SYSTEM: 1) Terrazzino Moisture Vapor Control (MVB) (required on slab-on-grade / direct-to-concrete) or Terrazzino Fast Set Primer (eligible non-porous surfaces only, not a moisture barrier); 2) Terrazzino High Build Epoxy (base coat), color-matched to selected blend; 3) Terrazzino micro-terrazzo layer, self-leveling clear epoxy binder with Terrazzino aggregate, applied at 60 mils (50–60 mil notched squeegee or wire gauge rake; approx. 55 sq ft per kit); 4) Terrazzino Urethane Topcoat or Terrazzino Cera wax finish.
